Since 2011, Justin Caffrey and James-Paul Galligan have partnered on the acquisition, restructuring and exit of regulated financial services businesses across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, Switzerland, Australia and Continental Europe.
Justin is a Certified Investment Fund Director and private equity investor with a record of founding, scaling and exiting regulated firms across multiple jurisdictions, with longstanding alignment to US capital markets and sovereign wealth funds. James-Paul, a partner at Clark Hill and dual-qualified in Ireland and England & Wales, brings more than two decades of transactional, governance and regulatory counsel.
We invest our own capital alongside that of our partners. Every mandate is one we hold ourselves.
