Where Your Bottom Line is invited to provide strategic or transactional input related to US matters, such input is provided strictly on a non-solicitation, no-advice basis and, where required, only in conjunction with appropriately regulated US professionals.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Website complies with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6) Anti-Money Laundering & KYC

Your Bottom Line supports robust AML/KYC standards. Any engagement with clients, investors, or partners may require identity verification, source-of-funds/source-of-wealth checks, sanctions and PEP screening, and ongoing monitoring conducted by us and/or our regulated partners. We may decline or terminate engagements at our discretion if AML/KYC standards are not met.

7) Confidentiality & Communications

  • Discretion. We treat enquiries with discretion. However, internet and email communications are not fully secure. Do not transmit sensitive information via unencrypted channels.

  • No duty created. Contacting us or receiving Content does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.

8) Third-Party Professionals & Reliance

We work with global legal, tax, accounting, corporate administration, and regulatory experts. Where we introduce such professionals, they act solely under their own engagement terms with you. We do not assume responsibility for third-party advice or services.
